So how do you finish 2025 in a way that pre-paves the BEST 2026?
Bashar taught me two important things:
1. “Circumstances don’t MATTER. Only STATE of BEING matters.” — Bashar
This means it’s not what happens to you that counts, but rather what you do with it—what you THINK and FEEL about it.
Remember, nothing has meaning except the meaning you assign to it. All events are neutral until you assign a MEANING / DEFINITION to them.
Bashar says that even negative situations have the ability to EMPOWER you if you look for it. That's how you attract the best 2026.
He also says that even if someone has ill intentions toward you, you can change their intention within your own being. You can tell a different version of the story because it does exist in a parallel reality.
This allows a more favourable sequence of events to unfold for you as you become more of a vibrational match to a parallel reality.
2. Look for what you GAINED from negative situations. Look at how they empowered you, even if it’s just the clarity that you don’t want that anymore and now know more clearly what you prefer.
By doing this, you are TRANSMUTING negative energy and maximising the wisdom gained from it.
When you do this, you no longer need to attract that situation again, because you’ve already gained from it.
When you don’t look for how it empowered you, he says you may keep attracting similar situations until you do—so it’s worth doing.
So I finish the year doing this type of energy clearing and preparation for the best 2026.
1. In my mind, or on paper, I list all the things that went well, gave me joy, or that I appreciated. I relive them for a moment and talk to the Universe, feeling gratitude for the satisfying experiences.
This tells the Universe: “More of this, thanks.”
2. Then I take negative experiences and ask these questions:
What did I learn from this?
How did it empower me?
What kind of world do I want to create because I witnessed or experienced this? How can I take action on this?
What clarity did I gain?
How would I do this better?
What new meaning can I assign to this?
What do I want or intend for 2026 as a result of this?
Usually, immediately after a negative experience, this is harder to do because of knee-jerk responses. However, when you reflect retrospectively over the year—after some distance—it becomes easier to draw the gains from the experience.
The last thing I do is ENERGY clearing. I declutter.
I don’t want to carry old, blocked energy into 2026.
Clean up your home. Get rid of expired food. Declutter. Let in fresh air.
It facilitates a clearer mind.
