Your INSIDE world dictates your OUTSIDE world

Did you know your INSIDE world dictates your outside world?

But how much time do you spend tending to your inner world?

If you are like most people, probably not much.

We are often busy running around with our ‘to do’ list, busy busy … rushing, rushing.

But here’s the thing. If you aren’t tending to the subtleties of the inner-world…

If you aren’t tending to your inner world of thoughts and emotions and re-writing the program of WHO you are in this world… you are likely repeating the same old program!

Same old same old job.

Same old same old relationships.

Same old same old health.

Same old same old reactions.

Same old you.

You are running a treadmill.

Our inner world is where our self-concept and self-image are formed.

Our outer world is the mirror reflection of what went on in the inner world.

We spend a lot of time trying to fix the photograph.

Why not fix the film that created the photograph?

Why not change what it’s capturing?

That’s why taking time to tend to your film is so important.

If you find yourself reactive, it is time to slow down or take time out. Go sit by a lake, or do some gardening, have a hot bath, or read a great book.

Here are my top tips for tending to the inner world:

1. Meditate. Learn to quiet the mind. When you focus on breathing, even just for a few minutes, you stop momentum of crazy thoughts. Then you can hear your silent voice – the wisdom of your soul.

2. Music.

Play some relaxing, uplifting or inspiring music. It will raise your vibration and shift your point of attraction.

3. Journal.

Write out a conversation with your soul. It also clears space in your mind.

4. Visualise.

Take time to actual picture (imprint) the new image on your film.

Imagination is specifically a tool to create a new better improved movie. Your brain cannot tell the difference between what is imagined and what is real.

5. Go into Nature.

The high vibration of plants and animals have the ability to raise your own.

Above all, one of the most important tips is to FEED your MIND nutrients. This is important to help you create a new image on your film.

Give up the trashy magazine type input from social media and be more selective about what seeds you plant in your mind.

Look for inspiring content online. Follow those that help create your vision.

One way to imprint a new image is the FREE Conscious Creator’s Masterclass.

I’ve been invited to speak about the Law of Attraction on the 19th April (the event runs from the 19th of April to 2nd May with experts from around the world speaking).

Doesn’t fit into your time zone?

Don’t worry there will be a 24 hr replay.

The Universe loves you even when you fail.

You are only slowed down by poverty of imagination.
